What an incredible journey! On the cusp of a global shutdown, my doctoral studies progressed into Concordia University St. Paul in the spring of 2020. Dr. Ric Dressen, Chairperson of Education Doctorate Programs, agreed to be my advisor. Not only did I have a seamless transition into CSP, but I had a great support system at home. My parents, family, and friends welcomed me into their spaces, and they knew that I was typing away when on my computer. Or they reached out when I needed a brain break. From New York to New Jersey, to Pennsylvania, to Utah, I found a second, third, fourth, fifth, (...etc.) home. This terminal degree is for all of those who poured asphalt, fixed a pothole, or gave me a lift on the road to my Doctor of Education degree.
