Rubik's Cube

As a You Can Do the Rubik's Cube Ambassador, I have had the privilege of presenting at educator conferences, moderating competitions, and teaching teachers at various schools. I have had the opportunity to watch people with PhDs, advanced credentials, and complex and difficult jobs cower in the presence of the Rubik's Cube. But after an hour, the pattern to solve it begins to emerge. The elusiveness begins to fade and the reason and framework behind the algorithms make sense. Logical thinking begins to take place. Suddenly the tears fuel their grit more than their fear.
